    Georgios Dikaios is a legal scholar from Athens, Greece, specializing in International Trade and Investment, as well as European, Comparative Commercial, Constitutional, Civil, and Copyright Law. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and two Master’s degrees from the University of Amsterdam and Humboldt Universität zu Berlin through the European Law School Network Programme, supported by the DAAD’s THESEEUS scholarship.

    His research spans multiple areas of law, with a particular focus on Copyright Law and International Investment Arbitration. His Master's thesis, Sampling in German, EU, and Greek Copyright Law, analyzes key legal rulings and their impact on artistic freedom and copyright protection. At the University of Amsterdam, his thesis explored EU legal reforms on investment arbitration and their implications for EU candidate countries.

    Currently, as part of the Global Constitution Project, his PhD research examines the intersection of National and International, as well as Private and Public Law, with a focus on environmental sustainability and human rights. This initiative seeks to draft a Global Constitution to address pressing global challenges, including climate change, inequality, and technological advancements.

    Georgios is fluent in English, German, and Greek, and actively participates in community volunteering.
